“The Body,” by Bill Bryson

Bryson is lovely, as always. I wish he was my lecturer in college. Every fact he gives is hidden in a story. I feel both smarter and like I’ve been cutting class.

This book was more emotionally difficult to read than I expected. He discusses cancers, kidney failures, pandemics… A good book in a bad time.
